We, at Dazzles Fashion and Costume Jewellery, aim at complete customer satisfaction. We understand the intricacies of buying jewellery online. That is why, we have designed an easy and customer friendly Exchance Policy.

  1. Cancellation of Order - Cancellation of order can be done only before we courier out the jewellery. Once we courier out your product, cancellation will not be processed.
  2. Alternate Product Received - In an unlikely event of receiving a different product than what you ordered, please write back to us within two days of receiving the product. Reach us at dazzlesjewellery@gmail.com. Be kind to pack the product in same manner and we will arrange a courier pick up from your door step. In case your area falls under no courier service zone, we would request you to arrange the courier back to us. E Mail us the courier slip, so that we can issue you a credit note of that value. You will be able to use that credit value in your future purchases with us.
  3. Damaged Product Received - In case you receive your product in damaged condition, which is most probably due to in transit hassles, please write back to us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange pick up of damaged goods and process refunds.
  4. Exchange of Product - In case you want to exchange the product with another design, then you need to write back to us within 7 days of receiving the order. The barcode and packaging of the product should remain in original condition. If you write to us after 7 days of receiving the product, or packaging such as barcode label is not intact, then we won’t be able to process any exchange. In case of exchange, you need to courier back the product to our warehouse.
  5. We don’t offer exchange and return of products in case of minor color variation found in the images of our website.
  6. Hidden Charges in Return of goods - We don't ask for any kind of hidden charges from our customers. If the mistake is ours, we accept it with apologies and believe in correcting to meet our customer's satisfaction.
  7. Ideal way for return of any product - Whenever you intend to return the product back to us, follow the below mentioned to have complete benefit of our return policy -
    • Do not tamper the label and MRP barcode sticker of the product
    • Return the good with complete material, be it the box or be it any small label.
    • Inform within the stipulated time to dazzlesjewellery@gmail.com
  8. Return Courier Service - Do not return the goods with your preferred courier service, unless agreed by us. Jewellery is a delicate item and needs special care for transit. In most cases, we will arrange pick ups with our courier partners.
  9. Refund on Gift Vouchers - Unfortunately, we do not refund the value of purchased gift vouchers.
  10. Duration and Means of Refund - Once we receive the returned good in our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
  11. Exchange/Credit Note and Replacement - We always aim to fulfill our customers purchase desire. Hence in an unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction, we mostly try to send a replacement. We also process exchange and duly applicable credit note in consensus of our customer
  12. Please note that no exchange or return will be entertained in case the barcode labels on the products are not in the original condition. Altered condition of barcodes on a jewellery indicates an used product.

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Fee: On all domestic orders with value equal to Rs. 2000 or above, shipping will be done free of cost. If total value of your purchase is below Rs. 2000, then there will be a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 100.
  2. Order Processing: We courier out your purchased product in 2 working days generally. We keep a follow up with our courier services, however we don’t take any responsibility in the delay caused by courier agency.
  3. Tracking of Order: You will be provided with an AWB number and courier details so that you can track your order online.
  4. International Shipping: Shipping cost and other charges such as currency exchange value, custom duties e.t.c will be charged extra than your product value in case of international shipping.
